Buffalo, NY – A State Supreme Court decision will allow documents held by the Erie County Board of Ethics to be reviewed by the County Comptroller.
Comptroller Marc Poloncarz had subpoenaed those documents to identify possible conflicts of interest in county contracts. The documents will be available to Poloncarz with some information redacted.
Both parties claimed victory in the case.
