Buffalo, NY – A Buffalo city judge has scheduled an arraignment later this month for Jayvonna Kincannon, her grandmother, Marshal Jones, and her aunt, Darlene Fitzgerald.
Kincannon was the troubled basketball star for McKinley High School. The charges against the three stem from a tussle with police last July.
Resisting arrest charges in the case had been dropped but have recently been reinstated.
An effort by the defense to dismiss the charges was denied.
