Get ready New Yorkers, Carl Paladino is hitting the ground running. The outspoke real estate developer fired up supporters with his platform. Paladino says if elected Governor, he wants to lower taxes and spending by 10-percent, reduce the state debt and Medicaid. Paladino would also get tough on social programs.

Paladino says if elected, right after taking the oath of office, he would declare a fiscal state of emergency. He says as governor he would freeze wage, hiring and spending, cut fat and patronage. But now Paladino must carry his campaign message to convince downstate voters.

Paladino now heads to Albany, New York City and then Syracuse. He says a Paladino administration would be run with good ideas and solid principles.

Paladino pledges to serve only one, four year term. He also plans to call for term limits.

Paladino says he is a person who speaks his mind and you always know where he stands on issues. He says he wouldn't be running for Governor if it wasn't for the rising tied of reform.
