Buffalo, NY – A six story parking ramp is becoming an issue of contention in the harbor project development.
Members of the Common Council are threatening to block the transfer of land for the three hundred million dollar harbor project if the proposed ramp isn't moved from a lot adjacent to the Marine Drive Apartments. Council members have joined Marine Drive residents in expressing concerns about that location.
A spokesman for the harbor development project remains confident that a compromise can be reached.
