Buffalo, NY – An environmental report concerning the construction of a WalMart Supercenter in Orchard Park has been returned to the contractor by the Town Board.
This is the third time that the environmental report has been refused. The board claims that the report is incomplete, primarily lacking information regarding traffic issues.
The ten million dollar project is targeted for Milestrip Road near Quaker Crossing. A complete environmental report is expected to be submitted.
