Area dentist faces prison term on felony charges

Buffalo, NY – A Newfane dentist is facing a five year prison term and a quarter of a million dollars in fines on a series of felony charges.

Forty-eight year old Scott Geise has pleaded guilty for filing false health care insurance claims and falsified tax returns. Geise is making restitution on his tax debt and will be sentenced in June.
