Buffalo, NY – This week WBFO News will be featuring stories focusing on the one year anniversary of the crash of Flight 3407 in Clarence. This morning WBFO'S Eileen Buckley tells us why one father wants to change the official death toll number.

Click the audio player above to hear Eileen Buckley's full story now or use your podcasting software to download it to your computer or iPod.

The parent of a Flight 3407 victim cringes every time he hears 50 people died in the crash. That's because 69 year old James Neill is not only mourning the loss of his daughter Jennifer, but also his unborn grandson. Neill says Jennifer was 27 weeks pregnant when the crash occurred a year ago.

Neill says he wants the NTSB and New York State to change the policy and count his unborn grandchild in the flight 3407 death toll.
