Buffalo, NY – Downtown Buffalo's Canal Side Project continues to move forward. The Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation held the second of two public hearing Tuesday night. The public process wraps up in March. Harbor Development Corporation President Thomas Dee and Congressman Brian Higgins met with reporters prior to the public session.
