By Chris Jamele

Buffalo, NY – A daytime shooting in a popular Delaware Avenue restaurant has claimed two victims.

The motive for the shooting is yet to be determined.

Ernesto Arechavaleta-Taureaux, a dishwasher at the restaurant, has been charged with second degree murder, attempted second degree murder and criminal possession of a gun.

The fifty-one year old employee was subdued by other employees and held until police arrived. He will be arraigned today.
