Buffalo, NY – There could still be a future for the Statler Towers in Buffalo.
An investor from Long Island has expressed interest in investing in the historic but dilapidated building. Uri Kaufman foresees revamping the eighteen story building into loft apartments with possible underground parking.
The project is estimated to cost as much as ninety million dollars. An ongoing purchase attempt of the structure by the New Buffalo Statler Redevelopment group has been stalled, leading to the mothballing of the building.
