Buffalo, NY – The University at Buffalo has been attempting to legally halt the private development of student housing on land adjacent to the North Campus.
Though the school's legal efforts have been thwarted, an influx of new faces on the Amherst Town Board might help the university.
An effort is underway to overturn a rezoning of the land and to target the parcel for research and development efforts undertaken by UB.
