Buffalo, NY – Buffalo's younger population will be given a chance to voice their views about what is needed for the region's future.
The Great Lakes Urban Exchange or GLUE was founded to generate conversations across Rust Belt cities.
The organization will gather Thursday night at the Century Grill in downtown Buffalo at 5:30 p.m. Younger Western New Yorkers will be asked to finish the statement -- "I Will Stay If... Phil Pantano is with GLUE. He says all the ideas will be collected for future review.
"For some people it is going to be good paying jobs. For other people it will be quality of life issues. Seeing more development in and around the city of Buffalo and on the waterfront. There are young professionals here who have jobs who would like to continue to say. but they want to see more out of the state and out of their community," said Pantano.
Similar events have already taken place in other Great Lake cities like Detroit, and Cleveland.
