Albany, NY – A new poll says Governor David Paterson's overall favorability rating has increased slightly in the past month, up from 27 percent in October to 33 percent now.
The Siena Research Institute poll was the first poll since Paterson's 2010 campaign committee launched a $500,000-a-week TV advertising buy.
Asked about a potential primary between Paterson and Democratic Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, 75 percent of likely Democratic voters say they would support Cuomo, with 16 percent for Paterson.
