Lockport, NY – City of Lockport Police are investigating a deadly chase that occurred late Monday night.
A Lockport Police officer attempted to pull over a car, but the driver failed to pull over and a chase began.
The vehicle flipped over at Vine and Garden Streets killing the driver. 42 year old George Davis of Lockport was pronounced dead at the scene.
51-year old Duane Whalen also of Lockport was in the vehicle. He is listed in critical condition at E-C-M-C.
