Buffalo, NY – New life could soon be breathed into downtown's Lafayette Hotel.
Local developer Rocco Termini has purchased the building for an undisclosed sum. Though the sale is still in process, Termini has expressed interest in returning the hotel to the elevated status it held after being built for the Pan American Exposition of 1901.
The hotel project complements Termini's ongoing renovation of the former and neighboring AM & A's warehouses.
