Buffalo, NY – Renowned civil rights attorney John Payton will discuss whether we're now a "post-racial" society following the election of the nation's first African-American president. Payton will be at UB's Law School Thursday afternoon.

John Payton is president of the NAACP's Legal Defense Fund. He's one of the nation's most passionate and determined voices for civil right. We reached him on the phone Wednesday as he was making his way to Buffalo.
