Jauron is under fire by some who believe it could be time for a coaching change. Jauron met with reporters during the noon hour Monday in Orchard Park. He says he had not yet spoken with Bills owner Ralph Wilson. Jauron says he talked with Wilson prior to the start of Sunday's game. He told reporters he does not know if his job will be the topic of conversation when he talks to Wilson.
But when Jauron was asked if he believes he deserves to remain as head coach, Jauron said "I'll never respond to it. You know I just won't respond to the question....it is not a decision that I make."
But when it comes to criticism, Jauron says he believes criticism it should be directed at him.
"That's the job and job and I am in that position. I clearly haven't been ab le to reach them to help them," said Jauron.
Jauron says both he and the team need to do a better job.
The Bills are also dealing with player injuries. Jauron says middle linebackers Kawika Mitchell and Marcus Buggs will miss the rest of the season because of knee injuries.
