Buffalo, NY – A 48-year old Hamburg man has admitted to stealing from Canisius High School in Buffalo.
Donald Fuller has pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud and tax evasion charges. Fuller was the former director of facilities at the Jesuit high school. He admitted to diverting over $500,000 in school funds to himself dating back to 1997.
Fuller admitted opening a bank account and a post office box in the name of D.J. Mechanical. He issued D.J. Mechanical invoices to Canisius High School. Fuller also admitted that he did not declare the income on his tax returns.
The charges carry a maximum term of 20 years in prison. He will be sentenced in January.
