Charter School Blames Buffalo School District for Delay in School Year

Buffalo, NY – An area charter school says it has been forced to delay the start of its new school year because the Buffalo School District cut its bus service for city students. The Charter School for Applied Technologies sent a letter home to parents this week informing them of the delay.
