Buffalo, NY – WBFO presents another story that was recorded at StoryCorps in Buffalo in the summer of 2008. Many of our StoryCorps conversations feature an elderly family member recalling life during the Great Depression or World War II. For the most part, they're documenting history. Today, we turn the tables. We hear from a young couple who are just embarking on their lives together. Their history has yet to be written.
Eben and Kate Schwartz of Buffalo came to StoryCorps to talk about their hopes and dreams for a family. Click the audio player above to hear their conversation now or use your podcasting software to download it to your computer or iPod.
This post-script. When I called Eben to let him know about this broadcast, he told me Kate is pregnant. The baby is due in December.
