Buffalo, NY – Thanks to a recent collaboration, a local scientist has created the most powerful computer of its kind in Western New York. The Hauptman-Wood Institute and UB professor Dr. Russ Miller teamed up to create a system known as "Magic". WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked with Miller about this latest computer system.
Dr. Miller is a distinguished professor of computer science and engineering at UB. He is widely recognized for The Miller Cyberinfrastructure Laboratory. He says Magic is a state of the art computer system located at UB's North campus and it's now available to users worldwide.
