Buffalo, NY – State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli says the budget is not a long-term solution to the state's spending issues. He talked with WBFO'S Eileen Buckley about his concerns with the spending plan.
DiNapoli says the spending plan essentially "buys time". He says it is based on a hope that the economy recovers quickly. DiNapoli says in his preliminary review of the budget package, it is not a long-term solution to the state's spending issues.
