Clarence, NY – Clarence officials are hoping Long Street residents displaced from their homes after the crash of Flight 3407 will be able to return Tuesday afternoon. Remediation work continues at Long Street in Clarence Center. Cold, snowy weekend weather delayed plans to return residents to their homes Sunday. Too much frost on the ground hampered remediation efforts. Clarence disaster coordinator David Bissonette says they've been working to offer some sense of normalcy for residents who are ready to return to their homes.
