Buffalo, NY – A teenager Japanese dancer has been in Buffalo for the past four weeks preparing to play one of the lead roles in Neglia Ballet Artists Baba Yaga. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley talked with the dancer through a translator to learn about her training and performing in Buffalo.
Baby Yaga begins at 7'o'clock Saturday night at the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall in Buffalo. Pre-show activities for children will begin at 6'o'clock with free donuts and cider, a costume contest and reading of the Baba Yaga tale.
