Buffalo, NY – About 330,000 Time-Warner Cable customers in the area are still unable to view Channels 4 and 23.

The two channels were dropped from the Time-Warner line up last Friday when a contract between LIN Broadcasting and the cable company expired. Television viewers need an external antenna to watch the two stations. WBFO'S Eileen Buckley learned that some local advertisers had to make changes to their media buys

While Time Warner customers remain frustrated with the loss of the local CBS affiliate, some local advertising agencies are caught in the middle of this dispute. Dan Meyer is president of Abby Mecca and Company in Williamsville. His company purchases airtime for advertisers on the local broadcast channels.
