Buffalo, NY – The Secretary of the United States Treasury is warning of dire consequences if lawmakers do not work out some kind of deal for a financial rescue of Wall Street. But not all economic experts agree a bail out is the best course for the future of the economy. WBFO's Joyce Kryszak talked with Professor Lawrence Southwick.
