Buffalo, NY – New York State Board of Regents Chancellor Robert Bennett is considering intervention into Buffalo school operations, including the possibility of replacing all nine members of the Buffalo Board of Education.
Bennett says he is concerned about low student test scores, as well as ongoing problems at three schools. Bennett told WKBW Television's "7 News" that he believes board members aren't keeping the interest of the school children in mind.
Commissioner Richard Mills and state attorneys Monday to determine possible courses of action.
