Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown toured the former Dulski federal building on Delaware Avenue Thursday afternoon.

A $63 million development project is underway by Uniland. The State is providing ten million dollars to remediate the building.

The Mayor says the ten million did not get cut in the new state budget.

"The $10 million, that is being provided, was proposed prior to this state budget. So the project is moving forward and it is moving forward very quickly," said Brown.

The former federal building is being transformed into a mixed use building. It will feature offices, condos and a hotel.
