Buffalo, NY – Some citizens say they feel betrayed by Eliot Spitzer.
Seeking public reaction to the Spitzer scandal was not an easy task. Many silently responded to our microphone with a wave of their hand, signally a no comment, especially workers at Buffalo's City Hall.
