Buffalo, NY – The role of "super delegates" at this summer's Democratic National Convention has been hotly debated in recent weeks. If the race between Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton is not decided during the remaining primaries, the "super delegates" could very well determine the nominee at the convention.
University at Buffalo Law Professor James Gardner is an authority on election law and is the Law School's vice dean for academic affairs. We reached him at his North Campus office Monday to talk about the issues surrounding "super delegates."
