Ready to Challenge District Attorney

By Eileen Buckley

Buffalo, NY – A former employee of the Erie County district attorney's office will challenge his former boss for the DA's job.

Former prosecutor Kenneth Case has announced he will challenge incumbent Frank Clark in the September Democratic primary. Case tells the News that voters should have a choice for prosecutor, claiming Clark has been effectively appointed to the post by political leaders during his last two elections.

Clark says he has already asked both Democratic and Republican leaders for their support for a fourth four year term, and that he has also approached the three minor parties for endorsements as well.
