Buffalo, NY – Hussalonia is the all-purpose name Jesse Mank uses for a variety of his musical endeavors.
Hussalonia is not quite a band but, as Jesse Mank likes to call it, a pop music cult. A cult in the sense that Hussalonia's credo extends beyond the message of its music, and incorporates environmentally friendly, economically prudent and socially conscious ideas into its unique ideology.
Since 2006, all Hussalonia releases have been available to the public free of charge. His 2006 release, The Public Domain EP, has been downloaded (for free) over 39,000 times.
Hussalonia founder Jesse Mank spends the vast majority of his musical life writing and recording his music, and very little performing it live, so having him on our stage tonight is a rare pleasure.
Tonight he appears with an all-star line-up of Buffalo musicians, Live in Allen Hall.
