Buffalo, NY – J. Brian Hayes was an actor and voiceover talent who grew up in Buffalo, and he began his career here. Hayes died a couple of weeks ago, and Jim and Tony pay tribute. We also have a critique of the A. R. Gurney play Indian Blood, set in Buffalo at Christmastime of 1946. It's at Studio Arena. Corsetless continues its run at the Andrews Theatre at ICTC, the one woman show with Catherine Eaton piling on the Shakespeare quotes. Kids will enjoy Nakai and the Red Shoes at the Paul Robeson Theatre, and we'll hear a summary of the current holiday plays, including the 25th anniversary staging of A Christmas Carol at the Alleyway Theatre.
