Buffalo, NY – Authorities say they have cracked opened a major drug distribution ring in Niagara Falls. Local investigators worked with State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's Upstate Guns, Gangs and Drugs initiative, indicting 22 people. The ring involved the distribution and sale of cocaine.
