Buffalo, NY – Buffalo Police continue investigating at least six robberies and sexual assaults on women in and around the City's Gates Circle area. Investigators believe all the attacks are linked to the same suspect. Authorities are urging women not to be out alone at night. Officer Geneve Rak is a 23-year veteran of the Buffalo Police Department. She is assigned to the training academy, and is a certified defensive tactics instructor. Officer Rak stressed that women must be vigilant to avoid becoming a victim.
