Buffalo, NY – The chairman of the Erie County Fiscal Stability Authority, Anthony Baynes, collapsed Thursday morning as a board meeting was getting underway.
Rescue crews from the Buffalo Fire Department and Rural Metro Ambulance responded to ECC's City Campus, where the meeting was being held. Baynes was taken to Millard Fillmore Gates Circle Hospital. There is no word on his condition.
The board's executive director, Kenneth Vetter, said Baynes had complained of not feeling well the past several days.
