State Attorney General's Office Plans Civil Rights Forum in Buffalo

By Mark Scott

Buffalo, NY – State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has selected Buffalo as the first city to host a series of forums on civil right. It takes place at 6:00 this evening at Erie Community College downtown.

Cuomo has made civil rights one of his top priorities. In February, he created a special department to investigate complaints.

Jenny Rivera is special deputy attorney general for civil rights, and she joined us on the phone to talk more about the forum.
