Buffalo, NY – Former Erie County Legislator George Holt will not be spending any time in jail for filing false tax returns. Holt appeared in a Buffalo courtroom this morning for his sentencing. He was given a conditional discharged.
The judge ordered Holt to pay a fine and conduct community services. WBFO'S Joyce Kryszak was in court and files this report.
