Buffalo, NY – The popular Derek Trucks Band returns Tuesday night to UB's Center for the Arts. The ensemble is well-known for its progressive blend of jazz, blues, rock and world music. And the band's leader has become recognized as one of the world's premiere guitarists. WBFO's Joyce Kryszak caught up with Trucks by phone while he was enroute to Buffalo.
