Buffalo, NY – A classic Russian fairytale will come alive on stage Saturday at the Center for the Arts. Neglia Ballet Artists is ready to present its Halloween performance, Baba Yaga.
Neglia's version of Baba Yaga features eerie sets, with spooky skeletons, and crows that dance to various pieces of classical music from several greats including Stravinsky.
Friday morning about 1,000 inner city children from several Buffalo Public schools will get the first glimpse of Baba Yaga during a free performance at the Center for the Arts. Then, Saturday, at 7 Neglia performs for the public.
