Buffalo, NY – The man convicted of murdering his family and a neighbor in Kenmore in the mid-1980s is back in jail.
Thirty-eight-year-old John Justice allegedly threatened the staff at a half-way house where he was staying since his release from prison last September. He was paroled after serving a 20-year sentence.
Justice had been staying at Grace House in Buffalo. Reverend Terry King of Saving Grace Ministries says Justice wanted to leave the half-way house and go out on his own.
"It escalated to the point where John began to verbalize and threaten that if he didn't get what he wanted, he would act out," King said.
If the parole violation is upheld, Justice could be sent back to prison to serve out the remaining nine years of his original sentence.
In 1985, Justice -- at age 17 -- stunned his quiet Kenmore neighborhood by stabbing his parents and brother to death. He then killed a neighbor in an automobile accident.
