Buffalo, NY – Free lectures are being offered at the New York State Center of Excellence in Bioinformatics & Life Sciences down town. The lectures on the human genome, cancer therapies and the economics of life sciences are designed to give the public a better understanding of what bioinformatics is and its possibilities are.
WBFO's Gabe DiMaio talks with Robert Genco, vice provost and director of the Office of Science, Technology Transfer, and Economic Outreach, or STOR, at the UB Technology Incubator about the economic impact of bioinformatics.
