Tobe Named to Final Seat

Buffalo, NY – The final member of Buffalo's Fiscal Control board has been named. The state legislature's pick is Richard Tobe.

One of the area's top Democrats, Tobe was economic development chief under former Erie County Executive Dennis T. Gorski.

Tobe had been on the short list of candidates for the highly debated, ninth and final seat on the control board.
