Buffalo, NY – Corpus Christi church in Buffalo's old Polish neighborhood will remain open for another six months.
The Franciscan order that has operated the parish since its founding 105 years ago recently announced plans to close the church because of a reduced number of parishioners and clergy to serve them.
The six months will be used to come up with a business plan to keep the church operational.
