An Evening with EVCS will be hosted at the EVCS Hertel Campus at 665 Hertel Avenue. Pre-sale tickets are $25 per individual, $40 per couple, or $200 for a group of eight. Tickets can be purchased online at: bit.ly/EVCSGala26 Tickets will be available at the door for $35. The event is exclusively 21+. Presale ends March 6.

An Evening with EVCS will include:
Reflections and displays showcasing the school’s history
Music and dancing
Live painting and auction by an EVCS art department staff member
Silent auction with a number of items available, including classroom projects created by current EVCS students
Basket raffle (including classroom themed baskets) and door prizes, featuring items generously donated by the school community and local businesses and organizations
Refreshments including appetizers, desserts, and a bar

20th anniversary merchandise sale

The Upstate NY MWBE Conference 2026 is a premier three-day, in-person event designed to connect, educate, and elevate Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) across Upstate New York.

Hosted by the City of Rochester, the 4th Annual Upstate MWBE Conference will take place March 30 – April 1, 2026, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center. This signature event brings together MWBE firms, government agencies, contractors, and resource partners from the Finger Lakes, Western New York, Central New York, and the Southern Tier.
