Join us from 12:30pm – 1:30pm as we feature local home cooks as well as trained professionals from the Western New York and Southern Ontario viewing area. Chef Katrina Gall of 43 Down at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel will demonstrate how to prepare two signature recipes, and our six home cooks will create delectable dishes under the guidance of our host chef, Brian Mietus of Bacchus, live in the studio!

Co-hosted by Buffalo Toronto Public Media’s Peter Hall and Heather Hare, this program will be broadcast live on WNED PBS and the WNED PBS mobile app, plus streamed to our YouTube channel. The program runs from 12:30pm - 1:30pm.

You must be 15+ to attend this event in person. A light lunch will be provided by Wegmans before the event, and free parking is available in our gated parking lot.
