This is a family friendly event. Get up close and personal with the rescue horses. We will have face painting, pony rides, music, pumpkins a basket raffle, and much more . The Buffalo Underdogs rescue will also be here. All monies raised will go towards the care of the rescue horses at Phoenix Rising Equine Rescue. Free admission. 501c3 organization.
