Antique Gun Display

Antique Gun Display

The Wilder Museum of Warren County History, 51 Erie Avenue, Irvine, PA, will mark the end of its 2025 season with a bang—figuratively speaking. Weapons collector and historian Brad Bogart will host a special Antique Gun Display on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.

Brad has amassed an extensive collection of 18th century guns handcrafted in Pennsylvania. The historic assortment also includes powder horns, knives and tomahawks. He has been a member of the Kentucky Rifle Association since 1984 and frequently attends their annual show and other events.

The gun display will take place in the Era-Gone-By Room which houses the Joseph DeFrees Antique Gun Collection. DeFrees, a Warren County native, was a mid-twentieth century inventor and philanthropist.
