OCM will be launching its first Public Listening Sessions focused on adult-use cannabis regulations. NYS cannabis market has now tipped $3 billion in sales. As this industry grows, the Office is reviewing current regulations and seeks feedback from the public to understand how existing rules impact businesses, workers, consumers, and communities.
