Buffalo, NY – Governor David Paterson came to Buffalo Wednesday to sign the historic tax credits bill into law. Paterson appeared at the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society. This law will allow tax credits for redevelopment projects of historic buildings.

Last week Mayor Brown urged the Governor to sign the bill, saying it could save historic buildings like the Statler Towers and Central Terminal. Paterson sayshis legislation will encourage redevelopment of historic properties and create jobs.
